We run the tools you already own.

Five platforms are ours to run end to end. Around them, the platform connects to the other tools your team uses, reads what it needs, and leaves the rest where it is. Each tool below is marked Live or Planned.

Two layers

The platforms we run, and the tools we connect to.

Five platforms we run

Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, 1Password. Our specialists run these for you, all five expertly managed.

See what each plan covers

Tools we connect to

The platform reads and watches these for you, and the findings land in front of our specialists and in your portal. 8 are Live today and 12 are Planned.

Live means it runs on the platform today. Planned means it is designed and ready to build.

People and sign-in

See who has access to what, and close it the day someone leaves.

Okta

Planned

Your Okta users, their sign-in factors and their admin roles join the identity audit and your access reviews.

  • Users and their enrolled sign-in factors
  • Admin role assignments
  • The Okta System Log

How it is connected

An OAuth 2.0 service app in your Okta organization.

  • Devices
  • Sign-in factor status

How it is connected

A per-customer BambooHR API key or OAuth app.

Apple Business

Live

Your Apple devices, AppleCare coverage and Managed Apple Accounts in one inventory. Apple Business covers Apple accounts and devices; it does not sign people into other apps.

Stays in Apple Business: your account settings. A leaver's Apple account is closed by our specialists in Apple Business, and the platform confirms it on its next check.

How it connects

What it reads

  • Devices: serial, model, order, AppleCare coverage and Activation Lock
  • Device management servers and built-in device management
  • Managed Apple Accounts, groups and audit events

How it is connected

A read-only API account that your Apple Business administrator creates.

Cloud

Your third cloud checked to the same standard as the first two.

Your Azure subscriptions get the same posture checks and resource inventory as AWS and Google Cloud, with your Defender for Cloud secure score beside them.

Read only: the platform makes zero changes to your subscriptions.

How it connects

What it reads

  • Subscriptions, with a missing role shown as its own state
  • Resources, through Azure Resource Graph

How it is connected

Reader and Security Reader roles you assign to the Cloud Sentry Security app already in your tenant.

  • Huntress organizations, mapped to your account
  • Agents, matched to Defender and Intune devices
  • Incident reports

How it is connected

One Huntress credential held by Cloud Sentry.

Splunk

Live

Platform findings flow into your Splunk, a Cloud Sentry app gives your team searches and dashboards over them, and your Splunk alerts come back as findings.

Stays in Splunk: your own indexes and searches.

How it connects

What it reads

  • Alerts your Splunk sends back to the platform
  • Findings pushed out, one event each, with the volume stated before you switch it on

How it is connected

An HTTP Event Collector token you create; it is encrypted and held only on the platform's collector.

Passwords

Who holds which shared credentials, and every admin change to them.

1Password

Live

Sign-in attempts, item usage and admin events from your 1Password feed the identity audit, and a leaver is suspended directly.

Stays private: every vault item's contents.

How it connects

What it reads

  • Sign-in attempts

How it is connected

An Events token you enter in the portal, encrypted at rest with its own key and checked when you save it.

  • The Slack people who press an approval button, matched to the portal

How it is connected
